Our goal at Mealy Excavating & Construction, Inc. is to have absolutely no work-related injuries. The safety and health of our employees, customers, environment, community, and colleagues is of fundamental importance. We have developed a reputation for safety in the contracting industry and we strive to protect that reputation.
Vacuum excavation uses a high velocity air or water stream to penetrate, expand, and breakup soil. The loosened particles are then removed by using a very powerful vacuum. From this, a hole is created that is typically anywhere from one to two feet wide and as deep as required to located buried lines.

I have a property on the Clarion River and needed electric service. I contacted Mealy and the communication from them was top notch. I live over three hours away and was unavailable to be on site. They bored over four hundred feet and did an excellent job. Wherever their equipment dug up some ground they made sure to put it back in place and add straw. A job well done. I would highly recommend this company.
