Steve Mehl rebuilt a stairway, replaced 2 exterior walls and windows in a 10x20 room, and added a roof over my deck. Cost was 36,000 - no wiring, flooring, nor roofing. My primary complaint is the cost, it makes me sick at how much I paid for so little work. Turned out nice, though, and seems well done.

Ethan Mehl & his crew did a wonderful job on our living space & kitchen remodel (along with new wood floors in other rooms). We will definitely hire Mehl Homes for our "phase 2" remodel in the future! Ethan is easy-going & very personable, knows the ins/outs of home building, has good communication & response times whenever texted/called/emailed, offers very reasonable prices, and does a great job keeping the project going.
Our architect friend was very impressed with Ethan's knowledge and speed on the project. Ethan was also very flexible when we wanted to make minor changes along the way plus offered good suggestions of his own. I highly recommend Ethan - he does high-quality work and it was a pleasure doing business with him!
