We had a very big and complicated project which involved installing a standing seam metal roof and integrated solar panels. It was an ambitious project that took several months, but turned out beautiful in the end. Mike is a man of his word and stands by his work. Four years after completion, we had a storm that did some damage and Mike came out and repaired it immediately. I would hire them again.

Recently had a new roof installed. Service was fast and price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and worked extremely hard. We are very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Would definitely refer anyone to use this company.

I had a repair a few years ago. I had called another company come and told me it would be over $2000. The roofing store came and did it for $500. When I decided to replace the roof the roofing store was the first place i called. Their price was reasonable and service was fast

The Roofing Store is a business with Integrity! The owner is dedicated to his work & customers. From the kind, knowledgeable owner, to the sweet receptionist, to the friendly salesman, to the supervised fast crew.everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Stress free! Their work is done properly without shortcuts. Everything was spotless when they left the job site.

They did work on my house in 2002 & that is why they were the 1st company I called when I needed work done on a different house in 2018. I am a Very happy & satisfied customer! I will use them again.

Quality of work was fine, but there was a lack of communication, poor management of schedule and never received progress photos due to "a problem with the program they use" Took over a week to be able to communicate with the owner after numerous request. Not what I had expected to endure for a porch roof project.

Proceed cautiously; several of their positive reviews were from employees of the company. As for Simon and Gail, you can take what they say as fact. Gail worked on the solar portion of the metal roof that the Roofing Store "installed." From the beginning it was a horrible experience, and we are still having issues with them for well OVER 2 YEARS NOW!

We have had issue after issue after issue. They broke our gutter and are now refusing to replace it. We had a significant amount of water damage inside our house. We never had consecutive days that they were on site to do work. It literally took MONTHS. Our roof was tarped for weeks on end, we had dumpsters in our driveway for weeks on end, and they realized after they removed the roofing shingles that the wrong metal was delivered.

It was excuse after excuse after excuse. Our job was rescheduled week after week after week. My husband made a punch list of things that had to be completed including replacing the gutter that they broke. We were ready to pay for anything that was not covered per the contract - we figured since they were roofing people and were working on our roof and knew the ins-and-outs of it, that they could install a few small portions of gutters here and there.

We were told that we were "on the schedule" to finish up the list. After months of getting bumped, the day that they were supposed to come the crew was a no show. Their boss Mike pulled them from the job saying that they were not going to complete the list. We had be guaranteed a call back from Mike the owner. He never gave us the professional courtesy of a call back. If he had, he would have known that we were prepared to pay for those projects not covered by the contract - they didn't even make good on the damage they caused.

Worst experience ever.still have rain pouring in, called 2monthes ago.still waiting for a return call. my home is 2minutes from the business, they couldn't fix the leak, so they blew us off. never would I recommend them. but they took our money!

Found Mike (the owner) during the mid 2000's and at that time the service was off the charts fantastic. We were so happy that in 2011 we hired The Roofing Store to replace all of our windows and replace an exterior wall ruined by an ice damn and we began to replace the wood siding with vinyl. That's where things started to sour. Several of the windows leaked when it rained. Had to have them come out multiple times to fix that.

Meanwhile there are now water stains in the wood trim they added. No offer on their part to replace that. Worst though is the siding. The siding keeps falling off the house. Sometimes I can pop it back into place but it will always fall and now it's popped in such a way that I can't fix it. I've tried to contact them multiple times over the past year via phone and email to fix it.

I don't know what happened to make their quality go down. In April 2016 I got a random voicemail from them. It was something about "Hey we're sorry things have gone down hill but we're back and if you have any projects we'd be happy to help." Reached out to them and got no response. The last time they actually sent someone out was in 2015 to quote when I called to ask for a quote for a new roof but I found out they no longer participate in the financing program that they signed me up for when they did our window replacement. That quote seemed high anyway.
