I am currently deployed. My wife submitted a claim through insurance for roof leak. They were quick to get there and install equipment to dry out. Failed to come on follow up appointment to check if walls were damp but failed to show up through the weekend. Even though they didn't show up they are attempting to charge me for their equipment being left at my home through the weekend.

After a couple of weeks of attempting to call from Iraq and voiced my concerns, I was finally able to talk to someone that said they would make adjustments and submit an updated invoice. Over two weeks later I have yet to receive an updated invoice nor have I been able to reach the person I spoke with. Hopefully when I get back from my deployment I don't see my credit impacted from their erroneous charges!

Needed a roof estimate for a rental that was damaged. My insurance cancelled the claim thru their referral service and I was calling direct but the claim was in effect. I had a claim number and they couldn't be bothered to call the insurance to confirm claim was in process and instead told me I needed to pay $150 for an estimate. Couldn't be bothered to make a phone call for a piece of business. I guess MILLIKEN is just too busy and has no need for new business. I will be calling Escalante Roofers as I have before for all my rentals.

A great construction company with a lot of experience. They have done it all, and they are happy to advise. Everyone is really communicative and helpful. They are the best!

We had a pipe leak in the house again recently. I have turned to Milliken in the past so didn't hesitate to call them immediately. We asked for Cecy who we knew would manage the repair process quickly and efficiently. She is awesome to work with and had the job done without delay. It is reassuring to know she and the company are responsive, easy to communicate with and do quality work. They are fabulous and we highly recommend their services!

Great services and reliable. They are not the least expensive in the area but they are awesome. They get the job done.

Milliken Construction has recently completed two projects for us. First, they updated our kitchen countertops and backsplash, and also repaired drywall. The materials used were of excellent quality. The men completing the work were professional and timely. Second, they rebuilt our pergola which had collapsed under the heavy winds. The craftsmanship is beyond compare.

Upon my request, the plan for the pergola was revised to accommodate changes we wanted to be done. These changes were implemented quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Milliken Construction.

Bryan, Josh, and really the whole team are great! They are timely, professional, dependable, and communicative! They are also just the nicest guys - they make a stressful situation less stressful, that's forsure!

We had some water damage which flooded most of the bottom floor of our house. Jason was the project manager and we have nothing but good things to say about his leadership and the workers who came to repair the walls and the floors. The workers were courteous and thorough in their tasks while in our home. We highly recommend Milliken and are looking forward to using their skills in other projects.

We had flood damage to our upstairs master bathroom that leaked through to our guest bedroom underneath. We had a horrible experience with a company coordinated by our insurance company. That did not work out. we waited almost 4 months before work was going to start, when we were promised work would start in 2 weeks. We called our insurance company to stop using the current company.

A good friend recommended Milliken. I gave the name to the insurance company and they approved them. In fact Milliken is a preferred contractor with our insurance company. After calling Milliken to set up an appointment, they were there the next day. Work was start within a week! They different sub-contractors they have are very professional, polite, on-time, and very detail oriented.

They helped with every aspect of our repair and remodel. Their pricing is very good and they work with you with payments and insurance adjustments. We liked them so much we hired them again for our current water damage problem and restoration.

Ted and his team of professionals did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and repairing parts of our house after a significant water leak. Honest, above-board and always had the best interests of my family when walking us through our options. This was the first contractor I've used that did not cut corners and used quality materials and expert craftsman. My water heater erupted at my residence causing my carpet and many of my household items to get damaged. I'm insured with State Farm and they highly recommended me to call Millikan Construction for water restoration services. Josh and Bryan came in and did an amazing job and the customer service they provided made everything so much easier during this difficult process. They left me drying equipment which was a big help overall this whole situation went a lot smoother with their services and I highly recommend them.
