Nordic Builders - Tolland, CT

Normally buying a home is expected to be a stressful time, but working with Nordic made the process so stress free. We had many, many questions and changes and they were always a phone call or an email away. They were so accommodating. The complex (Oakland Meadows) is in a great location, so close to I-84, 91, makes it great for commuting but it still has the feeling of being on a quiet cul-de-sac. The units are great. We fell in love at first site. We had been looking around for about 9 months when we stopped by for an open house, nothing else we had looked at compared in any way. They are so quiet that I forget I have neighbors on each side of me. The materials and workmanship is top notch! Nordic Builders and their subs are all professionals and do great work. Nordic Builders are a local family run company and it shows in everything they do. Great job!

As first time homebuilders we were quite “green” in regard to many aspects of the building trade. From the start we felt very comfortable with you both and certainly appreciated your patience and help in every aspect of building our home. We would like to take this opportunity to express to each member of your “team” our heartfelt gratitude for their professionalism and craftsmanship in the construction of our home. It was nice to be able to meet some of the men who brought our vision to life. Please let them all know how we will appreciate their skills for years to come in our Nordic Built home that we are so very proud of.
