We also have in-house warranty service personnel to handle all of your factory warranty claims. We work with both national and local lending institutions. We're able to assist you in finding a lending institution that finances either land/home or home only loans. We offer both general contracting and job specific contractors to assist you with your new home project.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a modular home that is barely over a year old and having numerous problems. Trim falling off, cracks in the walls, kitchen floor peeling up. I replaced the fireplace with a new high-efficiency unit and found that when the fireplace was removed it was never vented properly and very dangerous. Very poor workmanship and I would not recommend purchasing from North Country Homes.

Went there because Im purchasing property had no idea what to expect was trying to price things out and learn the process. Sales person jumped out of his chair to help got his coat and hat on was ready to walk us around. Until he found out they didn't service our area. Just like that hat came off and tone changed he got short with me. Told me I could go out and walk myself around.
They have a very nice selection of homes on site to view. If you want good service you may have to lie about where you are building. Been in customer service 10 years this was pretty bad felt very unwelcome. Drove 2 hours to go there. I would have had no issues paying a sales person to walk me around and answer questions of thats how it was going to be.

I am helping my sister Sarah Lindsay get a new mobile home. I would like to rate the process much higher as picking out the home and putting a down payment down went well. From there setting up a contractor to get the home on blocks and do the hookups has been a disaster as she was promised many times that a contractor set up by NCH would be in touch to review and quote. So. far no luck over months.
That is a pretty important part of the process and should be going as smooth as the purchase process. Very disappointed with the customer service so far from contractors who work in conjunction with North Country Homes. Hurts your reputation.
