One Way Building Services. is a complete services turn-key builder of cellular telecommunications infrastrucutre. Our 35 year old firm started somewhat humbly as a janitorial service. Over the years, in response to client requests, our owner Gary Bormes took the janitorial foundation and transformed the business into a thriving commercial build-out firm with construction, HVAC and electrical divisions.

I worked for yall in 2018 I'm from illinois. My name is Andy. Claire and Lance are top notch people to work under and the Bormes family. I miss everyone there from the office to the field. I took a better paying job and left but I think of this place all the time. The owners shake your hand and bump elbows with you. Awesome place to be. Even though greener pastures called.

I'm very thankful for the OWWC family. I needed God when I got there and the people there helped me find It. From Jroc, to Pollack, Krall, the dragon lady, Lance the boss, Joe, Joshman.
