We are so happy we chose Outback Builders to build our pergola. Ken communicated with us every step of the way. He kept us informed at all times. He was extremely easy to work with. He asked me to show him designs that I liked and he built it exactly how I wanted. Thank you, Ken and to your crew for doing such a great job!

Ken and company built me a lovely, small, condo deck in April 2022. I am really pleased with the design, craftsmanship, and sturdiness. Ken was very responsive with frequent e-mail communication. Once the HOA approval was obtained, he got right on my project and it was done from start to finish in less than a week. Will include some pictures.

We had Ken from Outback Builders replace our aging wooden deck with Trex composite. From beginning to end, Ken was very accommodating and informative every step of the way. Owner, Ken Becker's response to questions regarding wood type to how the entire process is done with the inspections is like no other. His crew is extremely professional and time efficient. Once your project is finished the area is spotless. My husband and I will be using him and his crew for our brick paver patio next.

Outback Builders built a functional and beautiful deck for a really reasonable price. Ken communicated clearly with us, and took care of all the paperwork with the city. We had some delays, but those were on our side and Ken was very professional.

Good communication, completion of the construction on time and reasonable cost contributed to our satisfaction that Outback Builders was again the correct choice of a patio and deck contractor. His dedicated craftsmen who were always on time started the project by manually digging the post holes in order to avoid the sprinkler lines. They set in place a small entrance access on the deck for the drain gutter and sump pump discharge. They took their time carefully laying the planks and railings and finishing the project on time. Completion of the project met all the HOA and local village specs. We currently are enjoying the excellent TREX deck and are planning to have an adjoining patio installed later by Outback Builders.

We absolutely love our new deck! Ken and his staff were highly professional. The job was done ahead of schedule and Ken was always quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Outback Builders inc.

We had Ken build a 14x30 Trex deck for us and it looks great. We found Ken through a neighbor recommendation and couldn't be happier. The quality of the work done sets Ken apart. One of our neighbors has taken it upon himself to inspect some of the decks going up around the neighborhood and has commented on how much better Ken's crew had built the deck compared to others.

On top of the quality the customer service is amazing. It's refreshing to have a company actually be responsive and proactively keep you up to date on the progress of work. I would highly recommend Ken to others and would personally use him again.

Outback Builders is a highly professional and competitive service. They removed my old deck, restored part of my yard, and built a fantastic new deck.
