The client/contractor relationship depends on each individual homeowners unique situation and project requirements. We start the process by developing preliminary drawings from our draftsman or selected architect. Once the design has been chosen, we'll cost-out/estimate the project and if approved, then proceed to full, final drawings and cost estimates.
