Dave Pavolony was born in Glen Ridge NJ and moved to Jefferson in the mid-'60s with his parents. He attended Jefferson Twp. Every job Pavolony Construction does is a custom job. General contractor, residential new construction, additions, and renovations are our specialties. We take your ideas, get them on paper and then make them materialize on your lot.
I found their approach pragmatic. They saved money on materials and thought of solutions that could be done inexpensively and quickly. Overall I was pleased. At the end of the day Dave exceeded my expectations, maintained a safe/clean worksite, built my addition as promised on time with zero escalated costs.
After having a solid foundation to build on you need a strong and true frame to create a great space. This is where you'll see your plan go from being a 2-d ink drawing to a 3-d wood structure. You will see where the doors & windows will be placed. You will see the closets. You will see where the stairs will be placed and where your new shower will be.
Add-A-Level usually involves taking off the existing roof and creating a new floor and a new roof over the existing home or part of a home. Popular Add-A-Levels are great rooms or master bedroom suites over existing garages and entire 2nd floors with new bedrooms & bathrooms. When you add more space you can re-purpose existing rooms like expanding your kitchen or living room.
