The porch designs are beautiful and well constructed. How do I know? We built a custom 400 square foot porch around 2006. Sold that home in 2016. (And heard from the realtor that the porch was the big selling point.) Today we are in a different house which just happened to have a porch built by The Porch Company. Although now 18 years old, our current porch looks brand new. I just wish that The Porch Company designed garage studios! Everything they do is aesthetically beautiful but also incredibly durable. Cannot tell you how great this mantel is. The previous owners of our home did some, ahem, "fancy" construction with the mantel above the fireplace, and there was no easy way to remove it without doing some major masonry. But the Porch Store was able to design a mantel that slipped right over it for easy installation. It's beautiful, totally achieves the modern farmhouse look we were going for with a solid mounted beam, but with none of the weight or installation headache. I cannot stop talking about it, looking at it, decorating it. It's my favorite addition to our home right now!

The Porch Company built our back porch 13 years ago and did such a great job we had them build or new front porch this spring. We were willing to get on the waiting list last summer and it was worth the wait. Every detail is taken care of and the mason and carpenters are punctual, friendly, and always willing to answer questions or offer good suggestions.

Nancy's design was truly remarkable given our existing rooflines which were a bit of a challenge to tie-in to accomplish the architecture and aesthetics we were hoping to achieve. Audrey's team did everything they said they would from start to finish in record time.

Our favorite feature is the motorized vinyl curtains which were a bit of an afterthought, but The Porch Co. team was able to pull off this last minute change without a hitch which allows us to use this space year round. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to transform their existing deck or porch into what is now our favorite room in our home.

The Porch Company is the gold standard for beautiful, well constructed exterior living spaces in Middle Tennessee.but they also have *incredible* products that have elevated my home. We purchased a fixer upper, and one of the first small projects I wanted to tackle was a new mantle on our brick fireplace. Well, a previous owner had place a plank of wood on the brick in such a way that we'd have to do some serious masonry repair if we tried to get rid of it.

I was truly bummed. But when I saw some of the mantels the Porch Company was creating, I asked if they were able to do a custom piece for my particular obstacle. AND THEY DID. AND IT'S BEAUTIFUL. AND IT LOOKS LIKE A SOLID BEAM OF WOOD BECAUSE THEIR MASTER CRAFTSMEN KNOW HOW TO CREATE A WATERFALL EDGE ON WOOD. The team at the Porch Company puts quality work above all else. They want their name on their products, and they want it to last for years to come. Cannot wait to tackle our back porch renovation with them!

Unfortunately we were hoping to use the porch company but our final estimate was thousands over the initial highest proposed quote. We tried to meet Nancy just 1k under the thousands over original budget. proposition, and she refused, while also admitting she had gone far over our original proposal- claiming she was taking a huge pay cut. A $5,000 pay discrepancy is far too much from an original "top of the line" quote. Gave this company 2 stars because honestly, the designs were great but the follow through and customer service were lack-luster.

We built our porch in 2014 and had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the Porch Company. Nancy Moore listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and the finished product is what we had dreamed about having. We had a fabulous experience working with everyone to worked on building our porch. Everyone who visits us immediately asks us who did it for us. We highly recommend The Porch Company if you are thinking about adding a porch to your home!

We used Porch Co to build an add-on new porch. the project went smoothly from start to completion. The result is a wonderful screened porch that perfectly matches the outside of our home (not easy to do). We enjoy the space virtually daily -- especially in the fall and spring! The owners. staff and ALL construction workers were a joy to deal with.

Don't think ya can go wrong with The Porch Company. --- We did a much bigger addition soon after the porch was added. They went out of their way to make the project work as we wished. The result is a terrific addition to our home. The folks at The Porch Company are a classy professional group.

This was for about a $50K porch. It seemed to go well at first. The Porch Company came highly recommended by neighbors. The initial meeting in the showroom went well. We were told to pay $3000 for drawings to get the job going and we would be credited half back if we proceeded with the project. It took several weeks to just come out and measure. Another couple weeks to get initial drawings going and about another week thereafter to get a contract.

Initially we were told they usually could get started in about a month or two. Later that escalated to three months. By the time we got the contract we were told the end of February next year.almost six months later to even get started. The only explanation is as follows per the designer's email: "I am sorry, there is nothing I can do about moving up a start date.

The timeline has changed as I have had more than a few contracts come in over the past week for some large projects that I had been working on before yours. One of them was someone I had drawn plans for over a year ago and they called me last week to move forward. On the other, I was expecting them to want to build later next year as that is what they had originally said but they changed their minds.

Both of these were not something I saw coming and will take around 2 months to build. To be fair to everyone I schedule new projects when I send out the contracts. I have been telling everyone this for a few months and apologize if I did not say it to you. The only way I can get started sooner is if the work on our schedule gets done faster than what I think. However this may be a few weeks not a few months and with heading into the winter, things seem to never get done ahead of schedule. "
