As an employee of Precision Industrial, I can say they are a very family oriented company. They put their workers first, and are a joy to work for. I highly recommend working here, as PIC does multiple projects all over the United states and Canada! A huge variety of work, everyday is different, something that makes my job enjoyable.

PIC is a great place to work. Management always uses an open door policy and they are receptive to new ideas and provide great support to all employees. There is always a fun environment as well. They do lots of gatherings and fun events. They are fair in their decision making, and always try to maintain a positive work place. I would recommend PIC as an employer to anyone interested in working for an amazing company.
