Kevin Timm established Premier Construction in 1997 as a partnership with his twin brother Terry Timm. in 2005 Kevin became the sole owner of Premier. He has surrounded himself with the quality of professionals that has allowed and lead premier to be the "Best in the Business." Kevin served the united states by giving 6 years of dedication to the U.S. Army.
