Been in the house for 2 years now here at Keighly Place and every year our paver driveway has sunk after a hard rain here in Mesa. The have been out twice to fix the driveway in the same exact spot but are unable to fix it. It just started doing it again and they refuse to fix it as they say it is beyond the warranty. I never had an issue with my William Lyon Home paver driveway house I had for 12 years prior. Obviously there is an underlying issue that needs to be resolved and they will not take ownership of it. I would not buy another home from them.

I would not recommend this builder. We are the second owners of this home built in late 2012 originally purchased in 2013. I cannot believe the original owners allowed this builder to get away with the sub par quality building standards over looking so many discrepancies on their walk through. The worst tile setters I have ever witnessed. The grout spacing varies from.000 to.500 inches.

Some spots no grout at all. As we were painting the hallway we found a 3/16 gap between the wall and the ceiling. The garage has a crack in the concrete extending from the wall stem out across the floor. The back patio roof leaks when it rains and water pooling on top due to improper slope of the drainage ducts. We were told the roof was recently repaired by the builder.

After taking possession of the house and after the first rain storm we noticed the problem still leaking. I contacted the builder who told me they already repaired it once and nothing they could do. Our home inspector at time of closing did a poor job as well overlooking these problems. So BUYER BEWARE.

What an amazing experience working with Steve LaPine from Providence Homes! He was on top of everything and he recommended I work with their preferred lender Waterstone Mortgage and they were awesome as well! Couldn't ask for a better experience and home. Good quality!

What a wonderful experience this has been! I started out so overwhelmed with all the details and Rhys truly helped me literally step-by-step and question-by-question. I was made to feel at ease and was supported throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my new Providence home and am looking forward to my new life here. Thanks for everything.

As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for anything more out of Rhys Williams. He made the process a million times easier than I could have even expected. Knowledgable, prompt to answer my million questions, and generally just a pleasure to work with. I know who I'll reach out to in the future for any property-related needs.

I recently helped stage a model at Keighley Place and worked alongside Clinton and team. They have been wonderful to do business with and always respond in very timely manner with great communication. As an Interior Designer I see a lot of homes with wasted space, and that is one thing I took notice of very quickly with Providence Homes layouts - the space is used wisely and the layouts "make sense"!

We lived in a Providence Home home in the Stratford Estates neighborhood for 15 years. We sold the house in July 2016. The buyer's home inspector commented to us that the home was in remarkable condition for a 15 year old home and that he was very impressed by the quality of the construction. This is a person that looks at homes for a living and he made it a point to tell us that he was impressed by the home.

We bought a 2nd Providence Home in Sept 2016 in the Keighley Place neighborhood. We have a close friend that builds high end custom homes. He came out on multiple times to look at the progress of our home and commented that he was very impressed by the workmanship and materials being used. A couple of things to know. There were delays in the construction.

Our home was finished in about 8 months versus the 6 months that we were told. The Realtor that sells the homes in Keighley Place doesn't do a great job communicating and you will often have to seek him out to get an answer. We have had a couple of minor things that needed corrected since we moved in. Providence has been very quick to address the issues. Each time we received a call from the contractor to schedule the repair in less than 48 hours.

The name can be mis-leading. though it says luxury it may not be to everyone definition. My home has had minor problems but its a home just like a car the areas of problem are from lack of maintenance either on my part or my previous owner. If you are looking for a decent home in a good neighborhood on decent sized lots this builder will take care of you.

I am a contractor myself and am pleased over all with the over all product. The truth of the matter is you get what you pay for and in this instance you get a little more than you pay for compared to the competition.

If I could give less than one star I would. Our home building through them has been a nightmare. One broken thing after another they don't care to address. I wish I would of invested more time and money into another home. Rather unfortunate.

Having a horrible experience with Providence right now. Had a home built at Keighley Place in Mesa was rushed into closing buy being told we would be charged daily if we postponed the final walk thru, so we did it. The supervisor Troy did not bother to write any of our concerns down on the punch list stating that he would make sure it was all taken care of!

The outside of our home is missing shutters, decorative iron and the paint job looks poor. Open the door the first thing we see is the house is filthy, we could have made drywall angles on the floor! No glass enclosing our master shower, many electrical items unfinished and lots of wall blemishes. Was told by Troy all would be taken care of before final close and keys given. Needless to say they got our money we got keys and our home was still filthy, no light fixture in our master bath, just bare wires hanging out, wall is not painted, two electrical outlets in our living room don't work, (had to run an extension cord to plug in my Christmas tree), and no it is not a breaker or GFI, missing shower head and soooooo many other items it's crazy!

We have had keys for over a week now and have made several complaints and were told we would be contacted, needless to say we have not heard from anyone! We are very very diss appointed! We had high hopes with this builder but are left feeling let down. Be on your toes with them and don't close unless your home is done cause you will be left holding the keys and a mortgage on your own!
