R&B Metal Structures guarantees that all doors and windows will work as designed for a period of one year from the date of installation. Cut back any bushes that are close enough to touch the building, as they can cause damage to the exterior. Keep trees trimmed and keep an eye out for dead branches that are likely to fall and damage the roof. A pressure washer will usually do the trick to remove dirt and grime from the exterior. Inspect your metal building periodically and look for any signs of dirt buildup and wash your building if you see any. Dirt can eventually turn into mold or cause your building to prematurely rust. Simply keeping it clean will prolong the life of your building.

Everyone at R&B Metal Structures was amazing. Devyn helped me though the process and answered a million questions that I had. Jack and his crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time to do the install. They displayed true professionalism and craftsmanship. I had zero negative issues at all. I would definitely use R&B Metal structures and Jack and his crew in the future.

R&B has been A+. I've been in the business for years and have been a dealer for R&B for over 2 of those years. So far they have proven to be a solid partner and supplier for our dealership. Everyone from our rep to the install managers have been amazingly supportive. Any issues that have come up have been managed and remedied promptly. We are are very happy and proud to be a dealer for R&B. We look forward to the years to come.

Scratched panels all over, malaligned doors, scratched up door, bushing on several screws busted. These issues have been there since day one. So far have had three repair appointments not work out. Two of which have been no call no shows where I took vacation time from work. They will of course say that it's because weather affects their schedule period but all of the days have been clear.
Customer service will say they are going to reach out to the installer but you won't get a call back and of course when you call to check at 330 (430 their time) they are going to be closed after reassuring you that their person is coming that day. I should have known to check this building more carefully when the dealer that sold it to me said do not pay them unless everything is right.
So they must even know there are these issues. Stay far far away from this company. I personally will be filling a BBB complaint as well as possibly speaking to an attorney because this obviously isn't what I paid for Continuation: Rescheduled again. I am now out 4 days of work due to this company scheduling repairs. The new excuse is she had to come back for more materials. This company will cause you missed work and wages and really doesn't care how they inconvenience you

R&B refuses to honor their WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. Even after sending their own employee out to photograph/document the holes in the siding, the warped frame installation of the service door, the crooked rollup garage door, improper placement of tracks, and the improper placement of the garage door's bushing, the supporting wall studs that are inches to short from roof joists, they claim "We have done everything we can to make this customer happy and it was still not enough to please him.
At this point, there is nothing left that we are able to do". On top of these problems the building is not plumb, leans. Their company's refusal to honor their WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY have left me with no choice but to hire another company that has skilled installers to correct all the poor workmanship of their crews and sue them from the costs. This is their WARRANTY that they are refusing to honor.

If you are looking for a builder who cares about you and will take care of you in the long run, R & B is definitely not the place for you. I just purchased a small farm that has two 40' carport type sheds that were built by R & B less than five years ago. When I called them to ask about having them enclosed, they told me that they wouldn't do additions to buildings that they had previously built. REALLY?
So what am I supposed to do? - Am I supposed to tear them down and start over? Obviously, if they don't care about me, why would they care about you? Now you have been warned. Good Luck

I ordered a building back in March 2021 and they just installed it at the beginning of October. The roof is leaking and they will not give me a date they can come back out and fix it. They threw all the trash behind the building at the install site. They pushed my install date back four times. It has been a constant headache with this company and poor communication.
The building is good quality and that's the only thing positive. I have over 20k in this building alone and over 30k with the slab and everything else and they can't give me a date or time frame to fix a leaking roof. The company came back out and fixed the roof and picked up the trash. There doesn't appear to be anymore leaks. Quality of the building 5 Stars.

Purchased a new building from R & B and was extremely satisfied with the engineering, quality and installation! Keith and his crew were fast and did everything I asked. This is a well engineered building and quality of materials were excellent. Fit and finish were above my expectations and I would highly recommend them if you are considering a metal building. Actually, this is my mancave! 30' x 65' x12'
