We had a great experience. Covid slowed everything down, but Bob was very responsive to all my emails asking for updates. Workers were all polite and efficient and we LOVE our room. Price was far better than as lot of other quotes we were getting, and Bob was never condescending or brusk which I appreciated as well. He was always happy to explain things when asked.

Had Radcliffe come out to look at having my patio slab repaired, along with the garage taped/painted with shelving. Can't remeber of the name of the guy who came out. He said he would be in touch via email. This was never the case. Simply ignored me. I sent several emails to follow up how much the estimate was and never received any word. If you're not willing to do a job, simply tell me. Customer service is substandard.

Scheduled an estimate for windows and siding.could tell straightaway that the fellow (Bob?) didn't want to take on the job. He went through some of the motions, but was a poor salesman compared to smaller and larger outfits that we met with. Never received the bid, and honestly wasn't too disappointed about it.

Whoever they use for roofing (be it their own people or contracted out) on the houses they build are horrible. Shingles curl horribly fewer than 15 years in. Radcliffe won't stand by their work. He just wants you to go get an insurance adjuster to come claim it's weather damage and then go get someone else to replace it. Concrete in driveways chip in the same few years as the shingles. Trying to get a hold of the same person twice is next to impossible. Radcliffe cares about two things: his own projects and money. Look elsewhere.

Called and left message for a kitchen estimate. No return call. Called again and got excuse that the estimator was off. Finally got Bob out there to look things over. 6 weeks later nothing. Called and was told again Bob was off. Must be the standard excuse Literally months later still no return call. I know everybody is busy. But I guess they forgot what it was like when things were slow.
