Nick and Pat stand above the rest with their exceptional team. Over the years we have hired many contractors for remodeling and renovation projects; all giving us good first impressions but inevitably my husband has ended up managing the project, catching many errors along the way and I have gotten impatient with delay after delay. Regency builders is completely different.
We've had confidence in them since the beginning and they have only exceeded our expectations as the project has progressed. Their responsiveness and communication is unmatched. We never have to ask for an update. Their designer and contractors are attentive to details and wonderful people by nature, and most importantly, they have moved the project forward steadily even through hunting season!
