Kim and Dave are complete professionals. Not only are they professional and thorough, but they are incredibly personable and happy to answer any and all questions we had about the inspection process. This is the second inspection that I've had and I have to say it was more of a pleasurable experience this time around because of Dave and Kim and their knowledge, Expert and I watch of inspection services, and friendly personalities.
The report we received was incredibly detailed and as an owner of a home that I don't know much about, I know a lot about right now. I highly recommend Residential Inspection Services.
