After growing up in commercial construction, Lance Calvert (owner of RCS) was introduced to the national facility management industry. Lance received a repair service request from a major retailer in 1999. Soon after performing that repair and developing a long-term customer relationship, Lance's path to building a national facility management company began. After years in commercial buildout and remodels, Lance set his sights on being an expert in repairs for multi-location retailers and restaurants.
RCS to sum it up has been a great partner, you can easily reach them and despite any challenging request they have met and exceeded. Recently during Hurricane Mathew RCS was instrumental in not only completing multiple tasks, in multiple locations of varying difficulty in scope and timing, under pressure and late notice, but they pulled all tasks tighter anticipated my needs and completed everything that was requested. Not only did they do that but the pricing was much cheaper than other competitor bids and well within any expectations.

If your reading this review it's probably to late because you to have been cheated by this company. They send you over work orders, you send out your technician, your technician helps them find the model # of the part they need.performs small diagnoses. After you help them and spend your time on the phone helping them from many states away. They will tell you they will have it shipped to the store. you might or might not hear from them again.
When you try to collect your service charge for coming out they refuse to pay saying they never authorized the work or some other excuse. I agree with the other 1 star posts on here must be friends or paid reviews. If your a contractor, plumber, electrician hang up the phone and move onto a paying customer you will get beat save your hard earned money. Avoid this company at all costs!

Scam alert! THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE MUST BE FROM EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY MEMBERS. We did a few jobs for this company in a week totaling $4900 and stop accepting work until we start receiving payment, it's been 6 months and now they refuse to pay for any work completed. the Owner is a scam artist don't trust a word he tells you. Because its nothing but lies. I wish I could leave -stars because they don't even get a one star from us.

My company has partnered with RCS for many years. Even when a job has gone bad, RCS was accessible and ready to work with us to resolve the issues. It is good to be treated as a partner and not a vendor. After 31 years in the sign business, I rarely recommend a company. RCS has my up most trust and highest recommendation.
