I visited RHTC in early June for my TLL mobile crane certification. Ryan Flemister was an extremely knowledgeable and efficient instructor. I left there after my 4 day training program feeling both prepared and confident in pursuing my career as a crane operator. The facilities are well maintained and all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend and if I decide to train for another specialization in the future, I will be revisiting RHTC to acquire that training.

I definitely enjoyed my time with them. They made learning the load charts super easy.They're a blessing and I'll definitely attend school here again.

I took class from January 3rd through January 6th. I was recertifying for swing cab and certifying for lattice boom crawler. Ryan Flemister and C J Wilson were very knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend RHTC for any of your certification needs! I really appreciate their HELP!

I needed a NCCCO Rigger 2 on short notice for working Canada running crane. I went to NCCCO's list of available class/test centers across the country. Out of the mass email to all the companies listed for Rigger 2, RHTC is the only one that could accommodate on short notice as needed.

I had to take my (nccco tll practical test)and scheduled with RHTC to do so, The instructor was awesome and and did everything he could to steer me in the right direction, with that being said I highly recommend these guys! Appreciate y'all's help RHTC!

Another employee and I, of a nationwide company we work for came here to get signalman training. I have run a bridge crane for 30 years and I'm a foremen on many projects. I have signaled many hydraulic canes on outside machines for over 10 years, never had any problems, only thanks from operators. I am Currently an NCCCO qualified Overhead Crane operator and have been for years.

It was a special session that the company arranged for us because an NCCCO signal man was required for our current project. Our company, and the instructor himself when we got there, said we would be done by lunch. After about 10:30am the course materials had been gone over and instead of giving the test the instructor starts talking to my coworker about the corvette he owns.

My coworker owned one too. And personal stories, where are we from, what kind of work we do, all off the subject matter. Went outside and looked at each other's rims on their trucks, etc. Then he sends us to lunch for an hour. We come back and the discussion went to where we ate, was it good, and other personal stuff. About 2pm he FINALLY gives us the test, (4 hours almost after we discussed the course material) which I thought I passed easily, and I left.

Next was my coworker. I went the next day to take the written test at another facility and passed it easily with an 82. Then my practical exam test score shows up from NCCCO, with a FAILING Grade on my practical exam. I was blown away. RHTC never contacted me saying I had failed, what I may have done wrong nothing. Just a failing grade. My coworker failed also, and when he called the instructor as to why, he was told he did not hold his arm exactly parallel the body when he gave the down signal and a few other technical problems.

I never called. I have scheduled another practical exam at another location. don't waste your money, go somewhere else and get a real instructor that spends time on the course material, and really cares about you passing. We wasted $4400. My coworker is so mad he won't even take his written test or pursue the career any further. So Sad we ever went here.

Don't change the way y'all do things. Very pleased with the way things are done and they way y'all teach.

I've been a crane company manager all my adult life and I've been extremely happy with RHTC's CCO training programs. They are very knowledgeable with everything they present.
