Rigid's Spectralite 2000 silicone polyester (SMP) is a proven performer. It is an excellent exterior finish for pre-engineered buildings, agricultural buildings and components. When the longest life with minimal color fading and chalking is needed Spectralite 3000 should be specified. Spectralite 3000 is a full strength 70% Kynar or Hylar 5000 based coating.
Alireza (Alex) Ghodsi born in Tehran, Iran has been living in Houston Texas since 1972. He is an active alumnus of the University of Houston earning his Master of Civil Engineering degree in 1978 and is a licensed professional engineer. Building materials are great but their attention to details on customer drawn floor plan horrible. Completely left off 3' roof overhang on two sides of building and instead put 8" overhang on the two sides. I even forwarded them the email with the plan showing the correct roof overhang. Seriously 8"? This is our home not a warehouse. Thanks for messing up what was a simple request and ruins the esthetics of our home.
Will they fix it, yes, for thousands of dollars just for plan/engineering to fix their oversight, plus materials. And then paying someone to install, all of which we cannot afford. Not a happy customer.

I ordered my building from Rigid Global. It was a really bid deal for me because I have been thinking about it for years. I saved up some cash over the years and after bugging Geoffrey at Rigid with a million questions I finally placed my order. We must have talked 30 times on the phone leading up to my order. He was patient and knowledgeable. This was probably 2 years ago.
I have pretty much put up the whole building by myself. I love it. I think maybe 2 or 4 brackets were missing. They shipped them out asap. I've learned a lot along the way. As far as the quality of the building goes I believe it's top notch. I ordered 18 overhang all around with all the trim, gutters and downspouts. Everything was great. I just wish there was an instructional video on how to do everything and in what order.
I really think it would help sell more buildings. So I have struggled through building it myself. I wish I had all this extra money to pay people to assemble it but I don't and didn't. If you have the means certainly pay someone. So I have attached some photos of my journey. I actually just got my door up and I am still doing the trim but I would order again.
Oh and one more thing. I even went back to engineering at Rigid after I took delivery of the building and ask them to update my engineering drawings to accommodate additional windows which required changing the drawings. They took care of it fore me and were really great about it.

Had these guys build me a house on galvanized steel stilts, like a beach house but on in hill in the country. Not a single hiccup and the structure was quite complicated. Excellent job! Then recommended Rigid to my employer when they decided to expand our facility, again, they did a fantastic job! Highly recommended Rigid.

Purchased a building earlier this year, overall the building design is ok. The quality of the material is also ok. Although after additional research, there are much better options out there for the money. What I have an issue with was their customer service, they shorted the job on a couple of items which we had to pay out of pocket. Bottom line, I wouldn't order from them again. do your research, better product for the money.

Be careful here. The price you agree to is likely not all you will pay. Built into a very well written contract are clauses that will surprise you, and likely add significantly to the cost. Chris the manager said this is part of there routine. These things seem to be one way of bumping their bottom line, and they enforce with gleeful vigor. Customer service is of no concern whatsoever.
It will leave you feeling like you have been ripped off. It dies not matter if you are a good paying customer, and you pay in full and on time, they will going you for extras that you never dream they would afflict. I recommend strongly that you read their contractvery carefully, then have your attorney check it. Know that, any and every little but if the contract will be used against you to provide additional income for them.
There is absolutely no give, not even a tiny bit. No person to person customer service, no concern for just doing the right thing. If you are OK with that, then proceed. I cannot vouch for their product as I have yet to receive it. I am confident that support after purchase is non existent, but I will fairly post an update, if I am wrong. By the way Jeff the salesman is awesome and gets customer service, the problem is after the sale, you will deal with his boss. He will make no effort at all.
