Rossi Construction was hired to build a 4400 SF masonry retail addition to the existing Rogan's Shoes retail store. The project included renovation of the existing retail space, restroom upgrades, the parking lot expansion and building signage. The architectural firm for this project was Kueny Architects.
Rossi Construction handled this fast-tracked million dollar multi-phase construction project to transform the Sturtevant outboard engine facility to become the heart of the Evinrude brand. This project consisted of remodeling and additions to the existing facility to integrate all Evinrude product development, marketing, sales functions and customer service activities under one roof, and was completed within budget.
