Energy Panel Structures was established in 1981 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the MacArthur Company of St. Paul, MN. MacArthur Company, was established in 1913 as a small manufacturer of pipe insulation and is a private firm with a 4A1 Dun & Bradstreet rating. They are now the number one choice for virtually all insulations and accessories from pipes to HVAC to roofing products with 20 warehouses throughout the western United States.

As a new Dealer, I attended my first Tour of the Facilities in Graettinger, IA, yesterday. I am very impressed with the Origination, the Production Process and the Workforce. They were all working cohesively as one unit! I look forward to Expanding our Residential Building process through EPS Buildings.com.

EPS has been great to work with, the SIP panel walls do everything they say they can do. When we call the office we are always greeted with helpful people. Green Gable has been an EPS dealer for over 10 years. EPS building packages are pre-engineered and offer a great product over the competition. An additional great selling tool. I took a tour by my son Josh today, an employee of EPS, and was very impressed by what I was shown. It is a very clean place to work and employees are well thought of by EPS. Impressed by the different machines which they produce their products. It was a good experience to see how certain products are made, like the steel roofing panels. Machines seemed to be to be state of the art, for the jobs they do. Very glad we went through the tour.

We've been working with EPS for well over 20 years, and still counting. We've built over 20 commercial buildings, including preschools, restaurants, and retail businesses. We have over 40 residential clients who swear by EPS and their SIPs panels and wouldn't have built their home any other way. They LOVE the lower energy costs, warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer, plus not having to deal with mold and allergies is a huge bonus!
