Our tech Steven Michael the owner did an excellent job clearing approximately 3 acres For my future home. He was courteous, on time and worked hard to complete the job by the deadline. Since 2016, he's cleared some land, done a lot of grade work, built up a riding area for horses, excavated around pond overgrowth. and the list continues. His equipment, experience and advice have made our projects go smoothly, and he's always been flexible to make some last minute adjustments when onsite. This is undoubtedly the worst contractor you could possibly ever hire. I hired Mr S. Michael to remove some debris from my property. He came out and gave me a quote that I approved and then he cleared a small part of the property with the bobcat. He unloaded the bobcat on my water meter and broke it. I came home and he demanded payment and then showed me the damage he had done and would not give me my money back.

It cost me over $600 to fix the damage he had done on a small clearing job. I had my attorney send him a letter that he also ignored. If you hire or trust this man you have been warned of his shady business practices. He ran literally ran away and jumped in his truck when I told him the damage he had done will cost me significantly more than what I had just paid him.
