Do what they say, good bids, full scope of work, timely.
Difficult tenant but Schafer Construction handled professionally.
We manage a office property that we invited several general contractors to bid on a project. Schafer Construction was the second from the lowest bid and we chose them because we felt they were the most qualified. The tenant was difficult to deal with but Schafer Construction handled the project professionally and got everyone's needs met. I am planning on keeping Schafer in my bid list and working in our management portfolio.
