Since its inception in 1985, the professionals at Seay Construction have gathered both the hands-on and management experience vital to the planning, implementation and completion of a successful construction project. With humble beginnings based in the home of Founder Chris Seay, Seay Construction has experienced reputable growth in size and scope of its project capacity.

Relying on the experience and knowledge attained from over three decades of construction services and general contracting service, we understand the diversified delivery methods and needs of every client. Such methods range from Hard Bid where Seay Construction has no involvement during the design phase as we price an existing set of construction documents, to an integrated Design-Build approach where we play an active role beginning early in the concept stage through the design and construction process.

Chris Seay has been president of Seay Construction, Inc. since its inception in 1985. With a 15 year career at ACIPCO prior to founding Seay Construction, Chris developed a keen sense of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. With a desire to excel in his work, Chris learned the value of producing only quality work.

Safety is a core value at Seay Construction and just as important as quality and production. We are dedicated to providing a safe work environment for all our employees and sub-contractors and to maintaining ongoing safety programs as well as a strong commitment to accident prevention. Our safety program undergoes constant internal review incorporating regular improvement, clear expectations, and accurate assessments of progress. Responsible actions and educated decisions are achieved through our safety system training.
