Shreves replaced our roof. Bent the gutters flashing was wavy and showing, not smooth. Left nails everywhere, ruined landscaping, forgot to put drip edge, had to come back. No Warranty no guarantee, no call back. Chad gave us an estimate for a room remodel and never came back. Terrible customer service! Beware!

Shreves Construction built the home of our dreams for my husband and I. We were empty nesters who wanted to retire to the Indian Lake area in Logan county. Building a house was new to us and the whole idea was daunting. The people at Shreves Construction guided us through the whole process, from offering to buy our old house to steps with deciding on a plan to the many decisions that go with home building, The Shreves Family and their contractors became our family and through their dependable work and service, they created the home of our dreams. I would give them a five star rating having seen them in action solving problems and achieving success.

I've lived in this same area for 41 years and they lack any concern of communication at all. Very poor way to do business.

Shreves Construction built our dream home in Sidney 9 years ago. We are very pleased with the quality of our construction. We worked closely with Nicki New, who helped us with every step of our construction. Having never built a home before, it was very helpful to have Nicki help in all aspects of all the decisions needed to complete our home. I highly recommend Shreves Construction.

About 6 years ago we entered into a contract with Shreves Construction to build us a new home in Sidney. We have been very pleased with the quality of construction that Shreves built into our home. Shreves did a commendable job of taking care of construction issues that came up during the building process. There is no doubt that Shreves Construction builds a high quality home. We highly recommend them.

Totally great experience working with Shreves. Always my dream to have a new home and they made it happen. Nicki was with me every step in the decision making process. She took the time initially to show me floor plans, laid out the schedule and helped me stay in my budget. They were exceptionally great to work with when we did the fun part of picking out cabinets, flooring and paint colors.

I get lots of compliments from friends and family when they visit. But most important I can contact with questions or support, and they have been there for me. I love my new home!

My Lawyer advised me that these guys could really help us out. After being taken advantage of by a predatory contractor, Chad New of Shreves Construction came out to inspect my home to evaluate the costs involved in returning it to a livable state. After numerous emails and phone calls over a 28 day period, my call today revealed that they "thought they sent me an email, " and that they were now not proceeding with the job they were brought on to do.

We waited 28 days; our case was delayed 28 days while these guys sat around doing nothing. We needed their evaluation to help recover the money stolen by this contractor so my daughter could go to college. Chad came out, didn't even take any notes, really, for a 3,500 sq ft house; simply took some pictures, and was never heard from again, until today.

I was going to give them the job once things were finished, but, obviously that won't be happening now. With a lazy work ethic, a lack of semblance of any type of communication skills, and an absence of compassion for those scammed by their industrial brethren, Shreves Construction is a great example of a company that will slowly fade from the modern workplace due to their incredible abundance of incompetence.

With so many other contractors to select from, simply do so, and don't waste valuable time with people who don't care if you do. What is wrong with American small business today? Look no further than Chad New and Shreves Construction.
