Had an unpleasant experience- came recommended and was not expecting any problems. Received an estimate for a small project changing out exterior doors. I guess the project was not as big as they are use to -so passed it off to someone who?works with them. After work completed I offered to pay that day - I don't schedule work if I don't have the money! Was told no that I would be billed.
I went to work the next morning & started receiving phone calls about payment- mind you I was at work in a hospital. She even mentioned coming to my place of employment to pick up a check. I'm sure nonpayment is an issue for all businesses- than why would I offer to pay the day work was completed? Also this was the next day! They can not receive checks in the mail? Really.
I left a check in an envelope in the door for them to pick up. Unbelievable. I have never recommended them since. I felt unnecessarily harassed. I offered to pay day of work & offered to send a check. Did not appreciate how I was treated by their office and can not recommend. Need to get their billing system improved.

Barb and Rich's crew are awesome. We could not have made a better choice for our major remodel. I lost my wife during the time of the remodel and they helped us and worked with us through it like family. They brought my late wife's dream house come true, I know she would totally love it. Sean and his guys were very professional and a real joy to work with. Sean's ideas were top notch, never imagined how awesome the results would be.
