Came by at 1:30 just to see if they had a gravel we are looking for and the forklift driver said we are closed. Why do they have a closing hour of 2:00 pm? And why don't you put on line the correct hour you close?

Open to the public. Yes contractors go here but so do I! They have so many things I have needed over the years. And the customer service is amazing! Super helpful staff. They have rocks, gravel, cement, stepping stones, block, grout, dirt, so many things. If they don't have it they can order it or tell you where to go to get it. You can get a replacement block or an entire truck full.

A bag of pebbles to accent a parkway or a full truck of gravel to full to do a driveway. Tons of selection. They even deliver for a small fee. If you are not sure they have what you're looking for, call first. When it comes to outdoor building supplies, don't waste your time with home improvement stores, come see these guys. So much selection and expertise all in one spot!

They stole our palette and The Rock was covered with dirt I have to take it to a car wash to get it clean

Eddie is really good and very helpful and as well as all of the other staff members, great positive attitudes, they're always trying to load you up with whatever material you need to get you back on the job site and I appreciate everything and all the hard work that they due. Day in & day out!

Terrible customer service. I knew they closed at 5p. I needed 4 more bags of cement to finish part of a wildfire rebuild job, so I rushed to them. At 455p their entrance gate was closed but their office door was open so I tried calling and got voicemail. I entered through their exit gate and told the young at the counter what I needed. He said they were closed.

When I said it wasn't 5p yet, he said they closed early due to "business was slow". I said please let me get 4 bags. He said registers closed. No, wouldn't take cash as safe closed; wouldn't take credit card info to ring up next morning both things other businesses did where they had closed out registers early. Young man also claimed he signed his time card out at 430p, even though he was still there, and I had passed a man sweeping, and another counter person was in office, and a truck driver was sitting in a truck cab.

Young man claimed to be manager, so management doesn't care anything about helping a 68 year old customer who relied on their posted hours and was trying to recover from wildfire home damage. This company obviously doesn't care about the community nor about being honest in business with what they post on website. Nor are they even decent human beings.

Great price on Dg. Easy delivery and they piled it very neat in my driveway! Highly recommended!

Do not place orders through this company, they will not take back your items if it's not what you expected it to be. They will charge you 25% restocking fee which is a ridiculous amount in order for them to consider taking it back. Greedy company!

Just finished our remodel project in Sherman Oaks and used ABS for our rock fascia products for inside and outside use. Everyone we came in contact with in the office and yard was friendly and helpful. The manager, Ramiro, helped us out when we returned some unused product. I always like to do business with folks who are great on the front end and the back end of a construction project. When you give good customer service all the way through, I don't mind handing out referrals or using you again for future projects. Well done ABS.

Helpful staff and great prices. I've bought from here on two occasions. First was for a retaining wall in my backyard, where they negotiated on price and free delivery since I was buying 6 pallets. They also let me return the broken blocks for refund. Second project was smaller and required less material, which is the picture of the fireplace. Customer experience, again, was awesome.

Great for special order building products. Unlike other vendors ABS got us free samples and delivered everything as promised. After making a large order, I found a month later I needed more and they gave me the same pricing on my small order.

I'm just a homeowner whose contractor sent me to find brick for my home improvement project. The guys were so helpful and friendly. No one made me feel like a dumb broad.
