I've been using Southland Industries to inspect, and maintain fire sprinkler system in a dozen buildings for 3 years. Lets get one thing out of the way. These guys are expensive. Their hourly rate is higher than others, and they start charging over time rates after 2pm. Also, sometimes they show up for quarterly inspections without contacting me first, then call asking for access to locked areas.
But their service has been nothing short of top notch, and thorough. The customer service has been friendly, and easy to deal with. If you really have an emergency, and are willing to pay to rectify it immediately, they've got 24 hours emergency service
