Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Absolute garbage. Nothing but problems. Nothing but regrets. The dishwasher wasn't mounted. The electrical trips. The stove went out. The AC went out. I can go on. I called after the 50th problem and the receptionist hung up on me because I was angry. Someone should sue them.

Nothing but issues within the first year of buying a home from them. Definitely would never recommend them. Not willing to come fix any issues- avoids calls and emails.

Bought a new house in October, 2018. Built in March, 2018. NUMEROUS problems that should never be encountered with a new home. Very unprofessional in working to fix the problems as well. Would not recommend Stancil Builders.

Brought a brand new house from this builder in 2013 and we have had problems with it from the second month we've moved in. I would highly recommend nobody to buy a home from this builder.

Built a house with Stancil 2.5 years ago. We had numerous issues during the building process and continue to have issues with the house to this day. Freddie Stancil does not stand by his word and I do not recommend Stancil for anything.

They do not care about the consumer they only care about the money. I would never buy a house from them. They are a rip off. BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER HE IS A RIP OFF!
