Services
Rogers Strickland tells the story of the beginning of a 40-year commitment to quality and service. After leaving the United States Air Force, Rogers Strickland was ready for a second career. He turned to the industry he had known his whole life: construction. Rogers founded Strickland Construction Company, Inc. in 1980 in Raytown, Missouri.
Strickland Construction is the premier full-service contracting company in the midwest. We specialize in providing superior service for a broad range of products, including steel building systems, mini-storage units, retail centers, agri -business, commercial and industrial buildings. Strickland's use of Butler Building Systems assures superior product quality and performance.
Because the fasteners are recessed deep in the corrugation, the Shadowall wall system gives walls an attractive and uniform appearance. Or fascia system is the basic wall covering for Butler buildings. The wall panels feature a full 1 deep corrugation for extra strength. Panels are three feet in width and up to 40 feet in length so wall erection occurs quickly even on large buildings.
Since Butler structurals are pre-punched, we use the Butler Scrubolt fastener for clip and panel attachment. These high-strength, substantial Scrubolt fasteners have twice the pullout strength of industry-standard self-drillers. The galvanized purlin finish provides for a brighter interior finish than red oxide primer and superior to primer finishes that require painting to lock and finish.

More consideration needs to be taken for the residents near their construction sites. They have been working for nearly a month next door and sometimes their equipment is no more than ten feet from my home. Their large equipment shakes and rattles my home to the point that I have had to remove pictures off the wall that were literally about to fall off. The noise and racket reaches deafinig perportions. It has become intolerable.
