John and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and courteous. John kept us informed on plans for the work and of any issues that arose. This allowed us to make adjustments quickly and with minimal impact to the schedule. John was very helpful in our discussions and gave much appreciated input and advice concerning options.
He added ceiling height and removed walls to give us what we had envisioned, only better. He was always cognizant of our budget and worked to minimize change orders. We are extremely happy and confident with the results of the renovations done to our home. John delivered on everything we asked for and then some. The owners think the world revolves around them. They will agree on a price and then after the job is done they will raise the price before you even notice. They also have a bad habit of sending unprofessional text messages if they don't like what you have to say. They also evade paying taxes by paying employees with cash and not reporting it to the IRS. I will never deal with this shabby company again.

The most recent project that Sun City completed for me was a conversion of a Popeyes restaurant to a Starbucks. They delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. I live in Dallas and can't be on the job in El Paso to check, so having a quality builder like Sun City takes the stress off. They build each project as if were their own. They get my highest recommendation!

Over the years Sun City Builders has done an extensive amount of work on my home, and each job was done exceptionally well to say the least. The company has been in business for nearly 50 years and the owner is a genuine individual who utilizes nothing but total professionalism. Any time I need work done on my home Sun City Builders is the only company in town that I will use. We are fortunate to have such a first class organization like this in El Paso!

Sun City Builders remodeled my parents bedroom and bathroom to make it handicap accessible. It turned out beautiful and John and his construction partners provided the ultimate in customer service. John always informed me daily who was coming to work be it the tile workers, plumbers, electricians or the inspectors. He personally was always there to see if construction was completed as scheduled. I have recommended Sun City Builders to everyone that has seen the beautiful results of my parents bathroom and bedroom. Again, we are so appreciative and thankful.

Sun City Builders & Remodeling Company was heaven sent when my home experienced a lot of damage both inside and outside a little over 2 years ago. They were very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I would go to no one else when it comes to my home. The work they did is absolutely beautiful.
