At Sunny Brook Builders we inspire homeowners to design, create and maintain an exceptional living environment by providing a range of high-quality services. We provide remodeling and renovation services utilizing our talented in-house design staff, expertly trained carpenters, and a network of carefully chosen designers and professionals with whom we have worked for years.
Adding on to your home should be well thought through. Reconfiguring the existing space to accommodate the addition should allow for a natural traffic flow inside, and outside the addition should look like it belongs. Roofing design can be one of the greatest challenges as the new joins the old and water is managed and diverted away from the structure.

I hired Sunny Brook to build a 1000 square foot building, the Trumansburg Montessori School. I had very specific requirements, and Sunny Brook met them with grace & courtesy. The site was a bit challenging, the timing was critical, and I was extraordinarily pleased with their comportment, their staff, and especially their subs. They only work with people they know and trust, and it shows in their product. Their pricing was exactly fair, and I couldn't be happier. I recommend them without reservation.
