Services
TM Jellison is an authorized dealer and builder of CECO steel span industrial and commercial buildings. Since its beginning in 1947, Ceco Building Systems has steadily broadened its services and construction product lines. Through the years, Ceco has consistently been on the leading edge of metal building systems technology, and this philosophy of innovation will continue in the future.
Contracting for construction services is unlike any other major consumer purchase one is likely to make. If you are shopping for a new car, you look around for the best price you can find, knowing that the product is identical regardless of where it is purchased. However, when shopping for construction services, there is no such assurance that the end product will be the same from builder to builder.

5 STARS (I don't know why this won't let me put in 5), but I am so very thankful to have found TM Jellison Construction. What a FANTASTIC company to work with and to have worked on my own home. I am an NKBA Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer with my own company in central Vermont and I have worked with many contractors in the last 17 years. Only a handful of them have done outstanding work such as Tom and his crew have done for me.

His crew has the same gracious, courteous and kind nature that Tom does. They stayed on budget, paid attention to detail, and completed my project on time. I cannot rave enough about them. If you are looking for a team that is humble, but professional, you have found it!

TM Jellison built our custom home. We did not select the company, and given our experience would be hard pressed to recommend them. Jellison was referred to us by our modular company, Epoch Homes. The Jellison workers and sub contractors were competent. However, the owner is difficult to work with. Words of warning: review drawings carefully, audit your bills carefully, and do not pay the final invoice until all work is completed.

Many times we wondered who the GC was, us or them. We were warned by an architect friend about Jellison's performance on the punch list, and Oh how right she was. The ball was fumbled badly on the goal line, with a "it'll do" attitude. Very hard to get them to finish the few remaining items. The house is still not complete, with several areas "c" quality. Overall an OK job, but be warned. We still hope they will perform, but are not holding our breath.
