With today's high energy prices it makes more sense than ever to consider a geo-thermal heating system for your home or business. Geothermal energy is an unlimited resource. And it's literally right there in your own backyard. The lot surrounding your home or other building contains a vast reservoir of low-temperature thermal energy-typically 10 times that required over an entire heating season. This resource is constantly resupplied by the sun, the surrounding earth and the heat rejected while cooling during the summer.
With precise attention to detail and a passion for quality, Tag Williams Inc. builds the finest commercial structures and delivers the most outstanding service. For over 30 years, we have been there for each and every one of our commercial customers. The key is quality.

His quality is great but he is just so hard to work for unless you are very skilled. If you have little to no skills in construction DO NOT APPLY HERE you will be fired soon and treated rude. He may produce great work but they do not train you, you will be mistreated if you are new, you either know your stuff or youre fired. I honestly tried my best to apply what i knew but they didnt have the patience to teach me

Did bathroom work. Pipe had a layer of pink installation. Pipe which was done had leak which soaked installation. Work was redone by another company. Edit, contractor cut me off by not yielding at a yield sign. I suspect he read my review which placed me in danger. Services: Tile work installation, Repair water fixtures

I accepted the contract for a pole barn via email on June 29th, the contract was not prepared and signed until July 6th, one week later. I was told that the following day after signing the contract he would apply for the building permit, and that it would take approximately five days. They would then start about 3 or 4 days after the permit approval, with two weeks construction time, weather permitting.

Nearly two weeks pass without any word when I sent an email on July 19th. I was told that they were waiting on Blanchester zoning / building department. I advised them to keep me advised so that I knew what was going on since they were already behind the schedule they gave me. Still no word on July 23rd so I called the office. A not-so-friendly man answered.

I gave him my name and address and said that I wanted to know what the status of my barn was. He took my name and number and said that he would find out and call me back. July 25th, still no word from anyone at Tag Williams. I called the Blanchester zoning department and was told that the permit was approved on the 19th, six days ago, and was then sent to the county for approval.

I called the county and was told by them that the permit was approved on the 19th there. I called the company and was transferred to the estimator. He said something about, 'yeah we're working on it, having problems with the permit'. I already know that the permit was approved almost a week ago. I asked if the building was going to be complete by the 10th of August, the deadline on the contract.

He said "probably not". I asked what happens when the project is not complete by the deadline on the contract, he says "nothing". So the contract apparently means absolutely nothing. I asked who else that I could speak with, he said Tag Williams. I told him to have Tag call me. No one ever called. The Tag Williams company clearly had no cares about my project and I will not be using them now or for any project in the future and would highly encourage anyone else to find a better contractor.
