TDB Builders was formed in 2003 by Bill Jeans and Tony Vannelli. Having each owned his own construction company previously, they combined to form TDB Builders in order to expanded their services and broadened their scope of work. Together, they have over 25 years of experience. Since 2003, TDB Builders has been providing full service general contracting, construction management, and design/build projects in Minnesota and its surrounding communities.TDB headquarters is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Services
The design/build approach is a turnkey method in which you hire one contractor to lead the entire design and construction process. The builder hires the most appropriate architect for your project, then works hand-in-hand with you and the architect to ensure the project meets your design and budgetary goals.
TDB Builders recently has made several trips to Haiti in coordination with the Headwaters Relief Organization. These trips have been focused on rebuilding after the devastation of the 2010 earthquake. TDB Builders also made multiple trips to New Orleans, LA for the River of Hope Project. The primary focus of the trip was for the rebuilding of the Mental Health Resource Center, a daycare center, a domestic abuse center, and a home for elderly services.TDB Builders has since made several return trips, volunteering their time and skills to continue rebuilding from the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina.
