Teamway Builders We understand the challenges ministries face during seasons of growth. Aside from staffing and programming considerations, expansion eventually demands a studied review of your facilities. As you seek to exercise nice stewardship with your ministry's time, resources, and opportunities, it is significant to realize that how you build is just as important as what you build.

As a project management company I would consider them after every other option was thoroughly exhausted- they seemed to use our weaknesses as an excuse to stretch the completion. They only had one onsite manager who had personal issues that kept him away and they had no suitable alternative - no depth. and insisted on fees in the ending months regardless of apparent performance issues. Research for yourself, please!

Our project was a disaster. The timing took way too long, we were over budget, and the quality was very poor. Didn't get any of the 3. You would expect to at least get 2 of the 3. Would certainly recommend looking at other options. This design build concept dosen't work, at least not with Teamway.

Would not recommend the Teamway model. Teamway will charge fees much higher than a general contractor, yet have none of the liabilities of a general contractor such as builders risk insurance, delivering on time and budget and making sure quality of construction. In the project at our church, no one knew how much it would cost, how long it would take or the quality of the sub-contractors.

The project is more than a year beyond when it was supposed to be completed, significantly over budget and the quality is sub-standard. Teamway continues to collect all their fees at the church's expense.
