To help make your search easier, we've categorized all of our home plans by architectural style.
1.5 story home plans (1 story) are the middle ground between single-story and two-story houses, meaning that they provide the best of both worlds for homeowners. Only a portion of the home includes a second-floor living area, and the rest remains one-story. This home design maximizes the square footage while saving on construction costs.
Characterized by their rustic and French country style, Acadian house plans are very popular throughout the South and Gulf Coast region, which features strong French and Cajun influences in both architecture and culture. These homes are most commonly single-story buildings, though some models do feature a half story with tall, sloping rooflines.
