I called this place to see if this was an option for me and I told her I had a new born baby and she told me how my show it caused and she helped me to realize that it was very expensive and it wasn't something I could afford so instead of her taking my business and trying to go further she start me and help me to realize it's not something I could forward so it didn't put me in a bed position in regards to money.

If you are looking for a Builder, DON'T LOOK HERE, ,,,,H ad them on the job for a year & a half, All we got were lies & excuses, Wanted a large sum of cash up front, AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

We had a home built by Thebeau Builders in 2014 and are very satisfied with the quality of construction as well as the customer service we have received from start to finish. There will always be small "bumps in the road" along the way with any new home construction, but we found Tim, Sharon, and the crew very cooperative, honest, and responsive to our needs.

We had many builders to choose from and did our homework prior to signing a contract. It is fairly simple to find someone who can build a home quickly and inexpensively, but we most wanted to find a contractor who would focus on building a high-quality home without taking unnecessary construction shortcuts. In addition to being an experienced carpenter, we discovered that Tim is an excellent project manager and Sharon has a keen eye for style which made it much easier when selecting colors and materials. We have no regrets about our decision to hire Thebeau Builders and would highly recommend them to others.
