As our company has grown, we have focused on developing a work environment that attracts a staff with the common characteristics of integrity and commitment. Many members of our team have been with us for more than 15 years.

At the Lake of the Ozarks Thomas Construction has been doing that for over 40 years. We do this by being a full-service design build company, offering in-house design with a licensed architect. Thomas blends old and new methods of design often using a mixture of hand drawn renderings and complex full 3-D computer modeling on each project.

I recently completed a whole home remodel with Thomas Construction. I cannot say enough good things about the experience that I had. We worked primarily with Kevin Voss and Bryant Post and both were great guys. (I did meet several of their other workers as well who were equally great). We were remodeling our house from out of town and we all know how challenging long distance removals can be, From the first day when Kevin showed up 5 minutes early with 7 or 8 contractors in tow on a Saturday morning, we pretty knew we had to go with him.
He did not disappoint. every email or text was answered in a timely fashion, every detail attended to. We even came in just slightly under budget; as Kevin helped us shop around looking for the best options for our ideas (even with adding a few things).I really cannot put into words the peace of mind we had knowing the Kevin and Briant were there to over see the details when we couldn't be. I tell everyone how great Thomas Construction is and highly recommend them.
