Tibbs Paving has a very efficient and hardy crew that treat their jobs as if they were working for their own home or business. Always on time & ready to work a full day. We have been very pleased with the jobs they have done for us. The best part is that they make sure the quality of their work is as perfect as possible. Companies like Tibbs are coming harder to find.

I've called and sent several emails requesting Tibbs repair cracks in the driveway with no response. Also the driveway was supposed to be 10 feet wide but in several spots is only 8.5 to 9 feet wide. I decided to use Tibbs even though they weren't the cheapest bid because of their reputation. I was very disappointed. I was finally contacted after placing this review and was told they don't warranty cracks on the sides and it would cost extra to have them filled. Not interested.

I used Tibbs based on a recommendation but was very disappointed with their service. The driveway was supposed to be paved 10 feet wide but was 8.5 to 9 in sections. Also the sides are cracking, and I was told they won't warranty but rathe offered to quote me to fill after the fact. Finally, I only received a response after multiple attempts by placing a negative google review.

Tibbs Paving did a great job restricting our parking lot of approximately 550 surface lot spaces at the residential apartment community I manage, including several Reserved markings, speed bumps, stop areas and handicapped spaces. Nothing was missed, the job was done right the first time at a fair price. I highly recommend Tibbs Paving!

Tibbs Paving is an incredible team to work with! The team members all care immensely about the product and the customer experience!

First, I live in Great Falls, VA.not CA as Yelp insists! Initially, I thought this company did a great job paving our driveway. However, within about 6 weeks of completion, a section of the new drive broke away, exposing a hole beneath. I have called them and e-mailed them for 1.5 years, starting immediately after it happened. Their rep has been out here twice.

They promise to come fix it, but never have. Clearly they are over booked, and not that interested in leaving behind an excellent job. It was expensive, and is not satisfactory.

Hit or miss with Tibbs. If you order, be aware they can show up without notice.

Great job! Done on time! Completely satisfied with their work. Every worker was competent and courteous. The supervisor made sure the work was done and the area cleaned. We had made some adjustments to what we wanted add to the original estimate. They were very accommodating to our wishes and even worked through a couple of things that came up and made suggestions that made the job look better than we had planned. They have our highest recommendation.

They did a good job on my driveways and price was below other companies! I do recommend!

Received estimate in quick fashion, work was completed on time and on budget. In fact, I was very impressed with the quality of work they produced. I have a very long driveway that had seen better days with spots that were very uneven. The end product was level and looked great. One of the owners followed up a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

I emailed for estimate for asphalt rejuvenation and received prompt response saying the estimator would contact me. When I didn't heard anything, I asked the office again two more times before I finally heard from the estimator. He said he would get the proposal to me within a few days. Again, I didn't hear back and texted him if he had a chance to prepare it yet.

No response. I tried again in a few days and he texted that back that he would have estimate the next day. It's been over a week. I can not keep wasting my time like this and can only imagine the trouble getting service if there are any concerns with the work.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My best advice is to stay clear of this company. If they call you back consider yourself lucky. Worst customer service. Horrible treatment. They don't give a rats a$$ about their clients. Work is ok. Owner clearly doesn't give a crap about any problems or mishaps and himself Never attempted to speak to us or resolve the NUMEROUS issues we had.

We had workers show up on property that sat in their car until we went inside and then never introduced themselves or asked us what the issue was. Why? Because they don't care. Doesn't matter if you're a paying client or not. Still doesn't care. Go elsewhere. Save your time and money for someone who cares about not only their clients but their workmanship as well.

They did my driveway contracted through the builder of my home. I paid additional money to have them expand the driveway further. Approximately 6 months after completion, there were several pools of water collecting. I called to have them come back and repair those areas. Not once were any of my calls returned. I left messages every week. Here I am two years out and now I got the BBB involved.

Customer service is terrible, accountability terrible. I think they purposively ignored my many calls and messages so that they would not have to repair. Now I am out of the warranty time frame. But I am not giving up. DO NOT have them do your paving. Use PAVECO instead. Save yourself from a headache and having to deal with poor office staff.

I'd give zero stars if I could! I have called Tibbs Paving three times in the past three weeks requesting an estimate for having my driveway paved and enlarged. I was told that an estimator would call me to schedule an appointment for the estimate, but have never gotten a return call. I guess they don't need the business.

As a general contractor in the area specializing in outdoor construction, we have relied on Tibbs Paving for several years to help us with new driveways and asphalt repairs. They have always provided 5-star customer service, prompt attention, and exceptional results. We truly value their ability to turn estimates around quickly and have never had any complaints about their quality of work or the professionalism of their crews. We have even referred them directly to homeowners in many cases and they have always been very helpful. Highly recommended!

Tibbs Paving actually gave us a pretty reasonable estimate for replacing our driveway and the estimate was submitted back to us via email pretty quickly. Once we returned the signed estimate/contract and received an email response stating that a work order had been put in for our project, their customer service took a nose dive. We then contacted the office to schedule the project.

We were given someone else's number to call to schedule the job. We left a message for that person and never received a response. After waiting almost a week and a half, we began calling their office to try to get the project scheduled. Each time we called we were promised a call back, often the same day and yet, never received a response. Now that it's been over two weeks, we no longer have any confidence that they would do the job in a timely or quality fashion so have cancelled the contract. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with to cancel the contract didn't seem too surprised and certainly made no apology for their lack of customer service. Avoid this company like the plague!

There customer service is pathetic - I called them for an estimate, next day I receive a phone call about more information - c'mon it is paving my driveway - what more info do you need. Told me will have you an estimate by monday/tuesday. Since didn't hear back from them till Thursday called them to find out and the receptionist took my number and told me will get back to me. Waited till 4:55pm that day and called again, she says she was going to call me before end of the day (which is 5pm for them). Tells me you should have your estimate by end of the week - it is Tuesday today never heard anything back from them. Wasted my 2 weeks waiting for them to give an estimate - looks like residential projects are too small for them so not interested
