Tri-County Homes, Inc. offers a modest selection of multi-family modular floor plans that range from basic ranch style duplexes to multiple living unit townhouses. The most popular request is for modular two-family homes, also known as modular duplex homes. We can also build triplexes, fourplexes and other multi-family modular home floor plans.

We had tri county build a mountaineer deluxe in Slippery Rock Pa, we are very satisfied. cozy cabin isn't your traditional modular home where they haul it in and they are done. A lot of work and coordinating goes into the final product and tri county makes sure you are satisfied. Brad is super knowledgeable with any question you would have on the house and that is a huge thing.
The plumber they use Jack is a super nice guy and does very good work Also Bill Millers crew were top notch. I would recommend tri county to friends and family in the future because even of the quality of work and there professionalism. Howie made sure if I called and something was missing I needed, they were quick to get it done.

First of all, we must congratulate Brad and Steve for their knowledge, patience and excellent customer service. All through the process of decisionmaking thru completion. Reliable sub-contractors were recommended in the one price contractor contract. Ask questions and take time to plan your project with Tri-County, remember we are all human, especially during this frustrating time the Virus has caused. A+ for this company. They really do what they say they will.
