Continuing in the Plummer family tradition, Wes Plummer has taken the reins of Tri-County Plumbing from parents, Cliff and Elaine Plummer. He is a licensed journeymen plumber who has been working in the trade since old enough to go on the job! He and the whole team are excited about keeping the same great quality of work while improving customer satisfaction with their "eager to please" attitude.
You could say that Wes was born to be a plumber. It runs in the family for sure with grandfathers, father, uncles, brother, and in-laws all members of the trade. Wes and brother Bill purchased the business in 1999 from their father Cliff. In late 2008 Wes became sole owner of the company. With a lot of hard work and determination Wes has grown the company expanding into heating, septic installation, excavation, and much more.

We had Tri-County plumb our entire home. Not only did they do the plumbing, but we were also able to purchase all of our fixtures (both bathroom and kitchen) from their store. The service has been absolutely outstanding! The entire staff is very professional and the owner's Wes and Pam make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Thank you Tri-County.

I am so pleased with the professional service I received from Tri-County Plumbing. I needed a couple of leaks fixed along with a new pump assist. They took care of everything very nicely. We had a waterline break and I called most plumbers in the area without any luck. Tri-County Plumbing has friendly & helpful people who actually answer the phone not just voicemail. Although they were extremely busy dispatch sent out a text to their plumbers if any were available to stop by after hours. It didn't take long and received a call back that Robby Wilson was willing to fix the problem after hours.
He was very professional and efficient. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in short order. We're very appreciative to have the water back up and running in the house. Tri-County Plumbing will be my first call and are highly recommended. Thank you!

Worst personal skills ever. They like to use threatening type tactics to try forcing you to cooperate. They use phrases like do this "or else" to put pressure on you to move faster. I simply needed to move a few things and I needed the time to do so. They were threatening me to have to dig out the space by hand if I didn't make them happy. I told the guy I was given no advanced noticed and apologized. I tried to reason with him that I was more than willing to move my things, that I only needed time. He said "that's not my problem" and refused to accept my apology.

I hired Tri County for a backflo inspection on my elderly mothers new home, and they never filed the paperwork with the water board. After several notices from the water board to shut off my mothers water, and charging me 90 dollars. Tri county said they would email it. The lady that answers the phone was rude, and unprofessional. Not one apology from them.
I waited to post this review, to give them a chance to resolve the issue. But after reading several bad yelp reviews, I realized I wasn't alone. Very bad customer service. Save yourself the headache. Go to another plumbing company.

They replaced our old hot water heater with a new one. They didn't leave any warranty or information about the new hot water heater. 2hrs after installing it, I called them to say it still wasn't working. They came back to check and said it was fine and to call an electrician. The electrician came out and found a loose wire on top of the hot water heater.
If installed correctly the first time, it should have worked. I called Tri county back, they said it wasn't their job to fix the wiring. I assumed that since they installed it, they should have made sure the attached wires were tightened. They did drop $120.00 fee for him to come out the 2nd time. That should cover the bill from the electrician.

I had my bathroom remodeled by this company and it turned out absolutely beautiful. They installed a shower where my tub was with grab bars and a seat. I can now stay in my house as I get older. They handles the sheet rock repair as well as the painting & flooring. I am so pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been attempting to obtain service for one of our commercial locations. Due to previous ownership they have been rude and extremely hostile at any request for service. I am unable to even comment on their plumbing service because the customer service is so horrendous. If it is any reflection on their ability for repairs though I would steer clear of using this company as a starting point.
You would be better off having standing water in your home then trying to get them to service your location. Update: 9 months after original post they responded. They said they suggested we replace the main line, how odd that when this was an issue, different than the main line, they referred back to this as why they wouldn't work on it. However, during the issue at hand we had already closed prior and replaced the main.
To top it off, they said I hung up on them, which after 9 months, come on. They just don't do customer service well. at all. Obvious since this post is 9 months later, should let you know how on top of issues they are.
