Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value trinity, ambassador, homewood, same company, all shoddy worksmanship. do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. never again. we bought a resale of theirs, and it is bad. poor roofing design has a lawsuit in the future.

Purchased spec home that had exterior walls and and interior framework with an April completion date over a comparable builder with a spec home in almost the exact same stage.and am disappointed in doing so. New family living in the one I passed up since May, and here I am almost 3 full months past estimated completion date I was provided at contract.

I am in the lending side of the industry and see these timelines fluctuate everyday, but nothing like the delay Trinity is pushing. I've sold my home, gone beyond my 45 day rent-back period and am living in a 1 bedroom 600 sq ft air bnb going on my second month while incurring $600 per month in storage fees. The sheer frustration has us to the point where we have contemplated saying screw it and walking away from our $8k deposit.

If you have any timeline whatsoever, I highly recommend you consider the fact Trinity has issues meeting expectations. I get the limited resource issues, but when competitors are pushing homes out - like the one I passed on- it makes me question my choices. High hopes, lackluster results. Based on response, it's a sales consultant issue? I do look forward to an update hopefully with positive results on quality as we eagerly await our move-in.

My husband and I just finished building our forever home in Dublin with Trinity Homes. They completed a gorgeous house and made the process extremely easy and enjoyable! Very hardworking crew and professional.

Terrible service, at the beginning they treat you very well to get your money but pray if they have to refund it! Maybe it going to take like a month or more give you your money back!

I have never had the receptionist (Cheree) at any "corporate office" for any builder or organization hang up on me. I have never had the receptionist (Cheree) for a home builder assume the role as the spokesperson for the president of the company to tell me how the president will respond to my concerns with my warranty. Cheree knew more about my concern than any receptionist should know, so obviously my concern was voiced to the office.

As I started telling Cheree the reason for my call, she said, "Oh remember you." If you are looking for excellent and responsive customer service after the purchase, don't buy your home from Trinity. You have to call every day before they respond. I was contacted 5 days after my first call by Don Ribble, who came to my house to look at the stucco on the back of my house.

He took pictures of the horizontal and vertical cracks and he also measured them. Don told me he would review my issue with Mr. Phieffer and get back with me. Don sent me a text message 3 days later at 4:59pm saying they would not fix the cracks. He did not have the decency to call me. I immediately called Don and got his voicemail. I also called Mr. Phieffer once each day for the next 3 days.

He never returned my call. After speaking with Cheree, getting over-talked and after she hung up on me, it because obviously clear customer service is not a priority for Trinity. I notified Trinity of my concerns with the stucco within 7 months of moving into my home. I was told that I should have this looked at during my 11 month post purchase review.

The stucco was item number 4 on my list. I was told during the 11 month review that all stucco cracks and that Trinity would note this. I reviewed this with Don Ribble, but obviously it did not matter. This company must be watched! I had to get Trinity to replace a furnace after living in my brand new house that should have had a brand new furnace.

After three visits from the heating and air conditioning technicians, all telling me that my furnace was not new when it was installed, and that there were already replacement parts in the furnace, Mark Vouis finally replaced by supposedly new furnace with a brand new one. Mark no longer works with Trinity. Don't walk away from the company.run!

If you like things like 1. Significant delays with no communication from the builder 2. Shoddy work 3. Fraudulent claims of repairs that YOU must point out to the builder on at least five separate occasions 4. Threats from the VP of the company to sue you when you've lost faith in them as the builder and want to find a competent builder 5. Superintendents who lie to even the president of the company 6. Incompetent builder - ordered many of the wrong items which we only found through our constant walk through during the build to make sure they were not maliciously making mistakes (blamed on a new computer system) 7. Unfair business practice before even signing the contract ("we expect closing times April/May timeframe" - closed in September) 8. Shady sales tactics - masking "standard features" as "upgrades" equal to a 30k incentive 9. Combative staff, including sales people, VP, President, and Superintendent 10. Estimates of completion ranging from April, May, Mid-May, late June/early July, sometime in August, September 4.

This is what you will get with Trinity Homes, nothing more, nothing less. Edited to add: I left this same review on their Facebook page with photos of the shoddy work - they took down the "review section" of their page shortly after. They don't want potential customers to see issues on Facebook, evidently.

Worst builder ever. The morons they hired at estates at blackhawk just ruptured the gas main innthe neighborhood. Avoid avoid avoid.

When considering a new home build, like anyone, you want to make sure quality and value are a part of the equation. It's a large investment. My first interaction was good; they basically said, "we're not like other builders, we will work with you to build and customize what you want". We proceeded with a quote. When pressed with challenging questions they simply don't respond. Denny ignores and makes excuses.

Apparently they're too busy and flush with cash.they don't need your business. I have NO confidence in Trinity. Glad I didn't put the deposit down, we'll look for the right builder in Grove City to earn our business.

4 different names for one so called company.homewood, trinity, ambassador, the real name is nc services.they hide their real company name very well.expect 9 months or more just to build the cookie cutter, leaking toilet, wasted space house.just read the reviews.the kitchen islands at the bottom where they install cheap wood panels are touched up with shoe polish, not paint.the only goal is to get the homes sold to unsuspecting victims.customer service is a no no. Profit is all that matters.you will be so sorry.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a new Townhouse which was built by Trinity Homes. Upon our final inspection we created a punch out list that needed completed. Jim Phieffer (president) from Trinity gave us a 21 guarantee letter that they would complete this list within that time frame. Today makes 61 days post close with no resolution. They keep saying items have been ordered but no eta on when they will be in or someone will be out next week to fix the trim/drywall then no one shows. Lately Jim says to get with the project manager to complete.

I talk to the project manager and he says he has to get with Jim. Just more run around. Also we have had numerous problems with the HVAC, 3 leaky toilets that caused damage, and other issues we are trying to resolve. If you are going to build with trinity I would highly suggest the completion of the punch out list prior to close or hold some funds in escrow until they complete them.

This builder built the house next door to mine. I would say the quality of materials used in the home was not the same level as those by Fischer homes. The build took an unreasonable amount of time. Often times trash from the build would end up for me to clean from my property. They did not place drains on either side of the driveway as required by zoning, and a section of my front yard was under water for a long time as a result.

When they retroactively added the drains they wrecked part of my yard in the process and attempted to leave without a word about it. It was a pretty shady move. I've heard from my new neighbor that contacting the builder after the close has been difficult. Based on the other reviews here, now I'm not surprised.

They take a little longer to build a house(ours took about 8 months) but during construction, you can definitely see the quality of the framework and why it takes longer, and it's more than justified. The trade in program they offer really helped us out, considering I rarely have time to clean for showings. I built their Edgewood ranch floorplan with a full basement.

I love it! the Vault is super high and gives the greatroom a nice openess to it so the 12-15 foot christmas trees I can now get can be smelled throughout! I also got the full basement which is huge! I plan on finishing it soon and putting in a home theater, bar, storage, pool table, bedroom, 3/4 bath and workshop! This is also the first place that I've lived in that there are enough outlets for everything I need! I also did a full custom bathroom and made a huge walkin shower.

We spent about 2 months working with one of there sales representatives, Scott Vouis. We discussed options with them, planning to build a 6,000sq ft home with an $800,000 budget for just the building of the home. As we worked through our land purchase and trying to decide on a floor plan and finishes, he was of no help, and was extremely poor in his communication with us.

Multiple times he failed to get back to us until we pestered him several times. As of now we haven't heard from him in a month, but per our last communication we were still planning to build with Trinity. I am just a little curious as to when he will remember to reach out to us. We will not be building with them and I would recommend that anyone considering a new home in the future regardless of budget not consider building with Trinity Homes of Columbus.

This company builds house under different names like Ambassador homes, or Trinity home. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are really cheap. They charge a lot and use the cheapest material and contractors and after closing they don't even answer your calls to help you. Stay away from them if you look for building a house without stress and regret.
