Just wanted to say a word about Charles Hutchins and the Eagle Carport team. What a great experience! From my first call to Charles, I felt like he truly appreciated my business and did everything possible to earn it. Then the carport crew arrived as promised on a Saturday afternoon at 5:15, three men worked like Trojans.
The regular roof style metal garage is the original design and most economical option available. It's bow or truss is created by bending the material to create it's unique shape with roofing panels that run from front to back. We highly recommend any metal buildings longer than 31 feet be upgraded to a vertical roof style to avoid any potential leaks at the seams.

Don't use Eagle Carports. They scheduled a day to come install my carport, and I took the day off work to make sure I was home. The crew that came out barely spoke English so it was hard to communicate with them. After being at my home for only 15 minutes they told me that they forgot a part and couldn't install my carport. They told me that I would have to be rescheduled (I'd already waited several weeks) for another day.
After speaking with customer service they couldn't tell me why the crew couldn't install or what was going on, only that I would have to be rescheduled which would take another several weeks. Please don't waste your time or money on this place.

I am very pleased with my garage, the crew that performed the installation were extremely professional and worked hard. they had the entire structure up in one day and then returned bright and early to complete the trim, Jason and his team did an amazing job. once complete, they cleaned all debris, i highly recommend this company.

Would give "0" if allowed. Don't do it! Move to another company. Was recommended by a friend for Eagle Carports. The installation crew was a joke. The installation was right beside my house/bedroom window. On day 2, I discovered my screen had been slashed which was not done the day before, as I have pictures from where my husband was watching out the window and took pictures.
The crew said they didn't do it, not sure who did. They left so much trash, screws, metal in my yard. We paid a LOT of money. These are independent contractors that work for Eagle Carports. DON'T DO IT!

Don't do business with their location in Whiteville NC, you'll get nothing but excuses or no phone calls about where your shed is. God forbid you call and ask. My father was cussed out and was a victim of targeted harassment due to his disability. He's an amputee. Still haven't gotten my shed would like a refund so i can take my business elsewhere. I really don't want to escalate this to be a legal matter but i will if needed.

Customer Service and upper management are awful! Do not use this company! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because their sub-contractor that installed my garage was very good. They will not answer your phone calls, they will not return messages and then they will lie to cover themselves. They charged me over $800 due to weather delay- said I didn't call soon enough. I did- they didn't return my call! Even sent them my call log from my cell. Horrible Company! I have 3 more structures to buy and it will not be with them!

I contacted a dealer in SC last Tuesday. Placed my order for a carport. Eagle Carports called me on Thursday, reviewed my order and schedule my installation date for November 18th. The crew arrived today around 11:00 AM and was finished by 1:30 PM. They did a great job I love my carport and will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you

Our carport was delivered and installed much quicker than we expected which was a nice surprise. We were told 30 to 60 days but our delivery was only 21 days after we completed our order. They arrived early and completed the job in about 5 hours. This crew knew what they were doing and did a great job. All around great experience.

I signed the contract for a simple 20'x25' building on November 23rd at the local dealer (Quality Buildings in Norman, OK) for an metal building from Eagle Carports. Eagle Carports came out to install the building on January 12th. The installers finished up after dark, so it was difficult to inspect the installation properly until the next day. When I was able to look it over closely the next morning I was shocked at the quality of the workmanship.
The metal was wavy, missing screws, exposed insulation, etc. I called Eagle Carports to file a complaint and see what could be done to remedy the installation. I talked to Chris Beasley and emailed him pictures of all of the issues. he acknowledged that it was a poor installation and promised they would get it fixed. Then he never followed up. I called and emailed multiple times over the next several weeks trying to get answers to no avail.
I was then told that Chris no longer works there and was put in contact with a character named Micheal who supposedly is a manger. Micheal finally sent a crew out the first week in March to "repair" the building. The repair consisted of replacing a couple of pieces of the metal which made no difference. So, i have been trying since March 5th to have them come back out and do a proper fix. in a message from March 15th he told me it would be about a week and a half to get the crew out to completely replace the metal and and possibly even the insulation.
One of the main problems is I paid for 2" insulation and they are using 1" screws to install the metal. he said they will use longer screws and just not suck them down as far. i still am not convinced this will fix it. Anyway, today is May 27th and still no show. I have messaged, and called multiple times since last promise for repair on March 15th and never get a return call. Needless to say, I am fed up and feel completely scammed as a consumer! NEARLY 6 MONTHS and still a piece of junk building!
I should have read all of the negative reviews before getting in bed with this severely lacking company. My next stop to write a review is the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE CARPORTS! **UPDATE** They were supposed to be out today, 6/23, to fix my building. At 9am I called them to see where the installer was. They told me he had loaded the incorrect color of paneling and would have to reschedule for 6/28 now. More of the same incompetence form Eagle Carports!

I'm completely disappointed in this company and it's service! I've waited three months for them to set up my building once they finally show up they set up the wrong building type over the one I bought from my local dealer. They showed up in my driveway at 4am waiting until our scheduled time of 6am to meet with me I then give them another payment before they get started after I leave for work one of the employees goes into my home and into my bedroom where my wife was sleeping she was startled by a strange man stepping into her room while in bed he said he had a big problem she asked him to give her a moment to get dressed and call me I immediately came back home to see what the problem was the employee didn't want to use the anchors for the building because the ground was rocky and I asked why they are setting up the wrong building?
He told me the other one is $600 more I asked for my check back and told them to stop building I called the corporate number and tell them to stop the build they said they would call me back with no return call I warn you keep shopping this company is terrible!
