We ask our clients to get preapproved in order to ensure we are using your time and our time wisely. Getting preapproved helps to ensure we are working within the parameters of your budget. Yes, we prefer to offer a turnkey build process to our clients. We have found that if we control the entire construction process, our clients will be provided a better product.

I had the pleasure of working with Vertical Builders with a client purchasing a new home. Everyone we encountered was fantastic, from the first call to closing. Tyler, was especially wonderful at the final walk-through. He took the time to answer all of our questions and review everything that had been done. The quality of this home is outstanding. I hope to work with everyone from Vertical Builders again in the near future.

I want to take a minute and talk about Matt and Tyler. I'm really late to the party but these two.just wow! In December our fence was damaged. I looked up Vertical Builders and I called Matt and Tyler and asked them if their company could fix it. I was told "absolutely!" They asked for pictures and I sent them, and Tyler was out to our house the same week!
Even during the cold. That didn't stop them from fixing my damaged fence. I knew reaching out to them would pay off! Super responsive, friendly, professional, and completely worth the call. If you're wondering, I can tell you, you don't have to. Just give them a call and ask for Tyler or Matt. You'll be more than happy with the results!

We cannot express how truly happy we are with our experience with the build of our new home by Vertical Builders. From initial meeting to completion, Vertical exceeded our expectations. Our company has had the pleasure of working with Vertical Builders for many years. I met Ryan 14 years ago and I'm so impressed with how he's grown his company.
