Excellent quality home! My clients had a great experience buying a VIP home.

I called a few days ago (to get info about what type of floor plans they have currently) and was put on hold. For 7 minutes straight. That experience lead me to believe I needed to check their reviews online. I read every single review, and looks like this place isn't to be trusted with our money! There aren't many options in Arizona for building quality homes.

We were hoping this place would be our last stop. After carefully investigating this place of business. We cannot look forwards to a sale. Unless something dramatically changes (new management), we are disappointed to not do business here. How can a business responding to reviews say "not a real customer". How ignorant. ALL THE REASON TO JUST SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE. STOP WITH THE BULL! DO YOUR JOB! Treat future customers with respect and integrity for goodness sakes. This is all very sad for this place!

In addition to all the building complaints already communicated, throughout the process, the amount of trash that accumulated in neighbors' yards was ridiculous--that which amounted to bagfuls weekly (that not only included dangerous construction material in a yard where where kids play, but also all the remnants of workers' food and drinks and cigarettes). Attempting to communicate this to the sales office and seek a solution, I was met with hostility, and told to find the superintendent somewhere. All avenues of this are unprofessional and disappointing.

Thank you VIP Homes for helping me build such a beautiful home in LaJara Farms II! EVERYONE with VIP homes, who we had the pleasure of meeting, helped us in this journey. Bob in Sales, helped us make the house we chose more personable to us and he kept in touch with us to find out how things were going, even after his part was done, such a pleasure to work with him. Sara in Design, helped us more than we could have ever imagined.

She thought of things we never would have in making our home perfect for us, such a pleasure to work with her. Bob the building supervisor, kept us informed each step of the way. Tyson on the Financial side of it, very helpful and patient with the whole process. Ryan, Evan and Travis for helping get the final touches done. And especially to Evelyn, thank you so much for letting us build one of your homes to make our home. We absolutely love it! Thank you again VIP Homes! Such a pleasure to work with all of you!

Outstanding quality built homes. You can't find another builder in the area with the same quality standard features included in each home for the same price. Great customer service. Russell's review is bogus. 2x6 construction is standard at VIP Homes as well as the best energy star ratings in the valley for insulation. All VIP homes have conditioned attics with insulation at the roof deck, which is very rare in the valley.

Horrible company to work with. We were told God told them to work with us. After the feel good moment, they manipulated contracts to get as much money out of us as possible. We had a real estate attorney look at the contracts and were advised not to work with this company under the contracts they wrote. We did not listen because we thought it would be so short term.

It was short term and after three months we no longer have to deal with them. However we will be making additional payments on our home for the next 6 years. We are literally out thousands of dollars. My advise, pay the few hundred dollars for a real estate attorney to review everything and if they say walk away, DO. There are plenty of homes out there!

Loved our experience touring the model homes at the Yellow Rose Ranch location. The sales associate Sam Hewson was fantastic! He was so accommodating with our two little kids that were with us. He literally made us feel right at home. The homes were beautiful and such an awesome location!

I just visited the VIP Homes at Yellow Rose Ranch and was very impressed! The Sales Associate, Sam Hewson, was very personable and helpful with showing me all of the different modifications that could be made to create a home that was customized to my needs. The model homes were beautifully designed and the development is in a great central location in Gilbert.
