At VCC our Total Quality Management (TQM) program is designed to identify construction issues prior to key phases of work getting underway. The TQM process begins with a team working to identify potential design and product selection conflicts. Project plans, specifications and any other special green building and building code guidelines are reviewed by our Quality Control Department. The entire team is alerted of any conflicts, and we work together to get the details resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
On a job site where there are many different roles at work at any one time communication is key. VCC keeps all members, including the clients, up-to-date with progress, questions, conflict resolutions, etc., in real time. We believe it is important for our clients to know what is happening on the job site at all times.
