Loved working with Wells Built Homes. They designed and built us the most beautiful dream home. They were easy and wonderful to work with, kept us updated on the progress, and then checked up on us after we'd moved in. We got flowers monthly for the first year, and Christmas gifts. It felt like working with a loving family, and we would definitely build with them again.

My home was built by this company and is a problematic money pit. From the GFIs not functioning, septic tank had no access, no plans were in county records so dug up yard to find the septic tank, sump pump electrical wiring done improperly and used wrong type of wiring, improper insulation, no natural light in the 3 bathrooms, etc etc.

Wells Built are an excellent company to work with. Our experience was positive from purchasing the land, working with their architect and through out the construction phase. They fixed major and minor errors made by the subcontractors because it was the right thing to do and didn't charge us extra. They stand behind the quality of their product for the long term and not just until it is completed. Did things go wrong during construction? Yes! Did they fix them? Absolutely!
As with any new construction, there have been things that needed attention after we have moved in. They have dealt with every concern as soon as it could be scheduled and corrected. We have no concerns about recommending their entire company from start to finish of your project.
